Any part found to be defective upon examination when such part is returned to Genesis Trailers will be replaced. In no event shall Genesis Trailers be liable for loss of use, loss of time, inconvenience, or other incidental damage or loss. In addition, all transportation costs associated with warranty issues will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser. The tire manufacture covers warranty on tires and all claims for adjustment should be made through the nearest representative of the tire manufacturer.
